Fiscal Receipt Scanning for 7Bonuses

Extend Fiscal Receipt Scanning (currently stamps-only, live in SK/UA/KZ/UZ) to credit bonus/cashback instead of stamps: customer scans the tax authority's fiscal QR on their receipt → system verifies it and credits bonuses (typically % of receipt amount) with no cashier action. Same verification routes (national fiscal service / integrated POS), same country list, enables Zero-Touch loop for the 7Bonuses product.
