Yes — this is Win-back Automation, part of Marketing Automation. It's included in the plan; no Add-on required.
7Stamp already tracks last activity on every card, so "hasn't visited in N days" is a ready segment — you don't have to build it. You set the inactivity window, write the message, and optionally attach a Voucher to it. A win-back message that carries a reward converts much better than a plain reminder, and the voucher stays on the card until it's used or expires.
Channels the message can go out on, in parallel:
Wallet push on the saved card — unlimited and free, never counted against your limits. 20 characters, so treat it as a nudge, not a letter.
Email — the full message; counted against your monthly Emails allowance.
Your own Telegram / WhatsApp bot (Chat-bot Channel), if you've connected one — unlimited, free, never counted. On WhatsApp, Meta bills you directly for marketing template messages; that cost sits with you, not with 7Stamp.
The same place also covers Birthday Rewards, geo-fenced reminders, and reward-ready / voucher-waiting reminders.
If you'd rather run win-back logic in your own CRM, the inactivity_trigger webhook event gives you the signal to act on — Webhooks & Events Add-on ($19/month), and you can catch it in Make or Zapier. Docs: https://api.7loc.com/cards-api/docs
One naming note so the panel doesn't confuse you: Autopilot Mode in 7Stamp is something else — a hands-free stamping mode. The marketing side is Win-back Automation.
