Webhooks are needed for stamp assignment events. I want to integrate with Make or Zapier.

Yes — this works today.
The event you need is stamp_added. The full set also includes card_issued, card_saved, card_opened, goal_reached, reward_issued, voucher_issued, voucher_redeemed (with redeemed_by), voucher_expired, lottery_played, birthday_reached, inactivity_trigger and campaign_sent. Events are signed, so you can verify them on your side.
Webhooks are the Webhooks & Events Add-on — $19/month on an active paid plan. It is included in every LTD Package, so if you came in through the Lifetime deal you already have it.
The Zapier and Make connectors are free on top of that, no extra charge. Both apps are still in private beta, so send me the email on your Zapier / Make account and I'll send you the invite link. If you don't want to wait, a Custom Webhook trigger in Make (or Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook) works with our webhooks right now, no invite needed.
